Howard M. Pecker, MD

On your initial visit we focus on determining the cause of any aches and pains you may have so that we can explore the best options for treatment.

Is surgery your best option? Perhaps you’ve already tried therapy and medication, but your pain has not subsided. Dr. Pecker has performed over 8,000 surgical procedures and can guide you through the risks and benefits of a surgical approach.

Commonly performed surgeries in our practice include:

  • Arthroscopy of the knee to address meniscal tears, chondromalacia, torn ACL, cartilage restoration, and dislocating or misaligned patella

  • Arthroscopy of the shoulder to repair rotator cuff tears, labral tears, biceps tears, acromioclavicular arthritis, and anterior labral repairs to correct instability from shoulder dislocations

  • Hand surgeries include release of trigger finger, carpal tunnel release, and DeQuervains release

  • Foot and ankle include repair of ruptured Achilles, patella, and quadriceps tendons

Have you had a procedure but were unable to obtain the necessary follow-up? We can help with necessary exams and diagnostics tests.
